Step 15.

Each coat of paint will add to the target surface either primer, that fills minute scratches, or color coat that adds brilliant color. Each pass with the spray gun, adds more paint overspray to the masking paper. Each layer of paint overspray will bond to the one before it, with the foundation coat of paint bonded tightly to the T9 premium masking papers.

One of the most important rules in gaining a great paint job, is to reduce the amount of dirt flying around the paint room, which is why the paint room floors are wetted down with clean water prior to painting, and ultra clean masking papers such as T9 premium masking papers are used.

Step 16.

With each pass of the spray gun, the painter shoots the hard to reach places first , and blends in to those areas, when the larger open areas are covered. The close areas to the floor, and where the panels are not well lit, are benefited by the use of the brilliant white T9 premium Masking Papers, which have 16% more color and light reflectance for the painter to blend by.
