T9 coated masking papers came about as a result of four years of R&D for a product that would meet the rigid needs of the aviation industry.
The idea was to bring to market a masking paper with an adhesive strip on it that not only supported the requirements of that painting industry, but could be applied quickly to large areas, and be cost effective. The patented T9 Tapeless paper meets all of these demands.
As result of that product idea, T9 Products, Inc. had to develop a paper sheet
which would support the adhesive required for the new tapeless paper.
Our research and specification changes to our initial paper substrates allowed us to bring out this new ultra clean, bright-white, conformable, mineral coated masking paper to other industries.
We have patents pending on this new paper, as well.
